Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled packaging expert to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing functional, brand-appropriate, and cost-efficient packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop folding carton structures to meet specific product dimensions and client requirements
  • Create dielines and 3D prototypes using CAD design software
  • Collaborate with clients and production teams to ensure accurate specs and production readiness
  • Recommend box styles and materials based on product protection, cost-efficiency, and branding
  • Maintain organized project files and version control
  • Optimize structural design for manufacturability and assembly

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in folding carton/structural packaging design, proficiency in CAD design software, and a strong understanding of packaging materials, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in CAD design software such as ArtiosCAD or Cimex
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
