Financial Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Integrity Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for protecting the integrity of our e-commerce operations and maintaining customer trust in our premium wellness brand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. They will be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain composure while handling complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and assess high-risk transactions to prevent financial loss and protect customer data
- Monitor multiple payment gateway activities to identify suspicious patterns and implement risk-mitigation protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance fraud prevention systems and improve overall financial security
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles
- Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management
- Experience with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and empathy skills
