Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time UI/UX Designer to contribute to the growth of our dynamic team with potential for full-time advancement. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping user experience and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and create impactful designs.
  • Develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven platform.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that meet brand identity and product goals.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices, especially those utilizing AI.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of designs with developers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and design processes.
  • Proficiency in Figma and design systems management.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) for effective communication with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required due to our international remote team.
  • Attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, or similar.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of designing visuals for technical users, such as graphs, tools, or dashboards.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes is a plus.
