Main Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.
  • Craft detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines to facilitate communication between designers and engineers.
  • Refine user interfaces to align flawlessly with our high standards of user experience.
  • Elevate our design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve exceptional usability and visual appeal.
  • Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications to ensure a smooth transition and understanding between design and development teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showing off your best UI design work and some successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and ability to add your own touch and improve them.
  • Prototyping: Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Documentation: Great skills in mapping out ideas, drawing wireframes, plotting site maps, and planning user flows.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for details and pride in crafting flawless design solutions.
