The role of the Implementation Specialist is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience. This position involves guiding clients through the onboarding process from purchase order signing to account activation.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to new clients during setup. Address questions and concerns related to the client setup process and/or tool usage.
- Perform outreach via phone, email, and text to facilitate client setup.
- Consistently follow up with clients experiencing roadblocks.
- Provide timely responses to clients via phone, email, or text, ensuring a high level of customer support.
- Previous experience in a support, training, or customer service role.
- Professional demeanor.
- Consistent work habits and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently towards deadlines.
- Processor: 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly recommended.
- RAM: at least 16 gig with 100 gb free disk space.
- USB headset with noise canceling feature.
- Minimum 20 mbps and up wired connection for main ISP.
