Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer real-time support to our virtual assistants via internal chat, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in various digital marketing tools, such as Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process updates, and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases, including how-to guides, SOPs, and video tutorials, to help our team members overcome common challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, virtual assistant support, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
  • Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required by the business.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders.
