Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our operations in the Philippines Office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and BPO operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall Office Operation functions, including office management, people management, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with the Canada Head Office team to create a vibrant work environment conducive to high performance among business partners.
  • Lead on different projects, including office relocation and expansion projects, productivity enhancement, and development initiatives.
  • Work with external parties, such as governmental departments and vendors, to handle business permits and leasing contracts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in handling BPO operations and knowledge in retail industry.
  • Ability to work onsite on a night shift.
  • Strong understanding of working with governmental departments for handling business permits and registration.
  • Highly flexible and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • A self-starter who can align with management's vision.
  • Able to engage, motivate, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, strong communication, relationship management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
