About Us

As an Administrative Support Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the President/CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the Executive Team: Provide administrative support to the President/CEO, including calendar management, email management, and preparation of reports.
  2. Project Management: Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing projects, often working with other teams or departments.
  3. Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, manage correspondence, and prepare reports.
