We're seeking a skilled Client Development Representative to join our marketing operations team, responsible for engaging target prospects, triaging, qualifying, and assigning leads to sales resources. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working within CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Engage inbound inquiries within a target response time
  • Qualify opportunities, document details, and assign to sales resources
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support sales and marketing teams with various tasks
  • Proactively engage target contacts for demand generation campaigns
  • List building and enrichment activities for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Report building and data analysis for various teams

Key Attributes:

  • Fluent in English; both verbal and written communication skills
  • Post-secondary education, background in business/finance/accounting an asset
  • Experience/knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics and large data analysis a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
