Job Opportunity:

The role of an Associate Test Automation Engineer plays a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.

  • Implement test automation frameworks and strategies to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing to guarantee the highest level of product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, promoting seamless integration and continuous delivery.
  • Analyze test results, identify blockers, and work with different teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal product performance.
  • Support improvement and optimization of existing test automation processes and tools, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation, applying this knowledge to enhance testing methodologies and standards.
  • Mentor and support team members in adopting automation best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies, ensuring that our approach remains cutting-edge and effective.
