We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to create and review clinical notes with the assistance of ChatGPT. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into multiple platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using ChatGPT.
  • Enter finalized notes accurately into 3–5 different systems.
  • Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Organize and track notes using Airtable and other task management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in medical or administrative documentation is beneficial.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to multiple platforms quickly is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Airtable, and web browsers is required.
