We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Personalization Expert to join our team at MHNSF Pty Ltd. As an Email Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our email communication strategies, focusing on automated email processes for existing clients and crafting compelling campaigns to attract new clients.
This role is crucial in developing and executing innovative email strategies that effectively funnel clients into our current products and services, thereby elevating client engagement and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Email Campaign Creation: Designs and executes email marketing campaigns tailored to various client segments, ensuring accurate targeting and maximized engagement.
- Automated Workflow Development: Creates and manages automated email workflows for different stages of the client journey, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Regularly analyses campaign performance using CRM metrics, adjusting strategies for improved engagement and conversion.
- List Segmentation and Personalization: Segments email lists based on client behavior, preferences, and engagement history for personalized marketing, and implements personalization techniques in emails to enhance client relevance.
- Bachelor's Degree: In marketing, business, or a related field.
- Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases, with proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
