Strategic Operations Leader
Job Description- Lead operational excellence by optimizing inventory and service, enhancing efficiency and contributing to business success.
- Develop strategic plans, implement cost reduction initiatives, and oversee all aspects of parts and service management.
- Oversee seamless performance of parts and service operations, manage inventories and their accuracy.
- Maintain an organized service job schedule, assign work based on technician strengths, and ensure accurate work orders.
As a Strategic Operations Leader, you will be empowered to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead the development and execution of strategies, identify and implement opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role; demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems; experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
