The Penbrothers' Transformation Team is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Coordinator to join our Operations Department.

This individual will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with internal procedures, and conducting process monitoring, performance, and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate will also attend and participate in project calls and/or discussions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the Department.

Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business Administration or related field.
  • Digital proficiency, with experience in using apps and systems like G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
  • Experience in using Smartsheets or other project management tools.
  • At least 2-3 years of administrative work experience.
  • Proactive Problem Solver - Anticipates potential issues and takes the initiative to address them before they arise.
  • Creative Thinker - Innovates and suggests new ways to improve operational processes.
  • Diligent Worker - Pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and compliance with all internal PB policies and processes.
