Process Improvement Coordinator, Operations Department

The Penbrothers' Transformation Team is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Coordinator to join our Operations Department.
This individual will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with internal procedures, and conducting process monitoring, performance, and KPI reporting.
The ideal candidate will also attend and participate in project calls and/or discussions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the Department.

- A Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business Administration or related field.
- Digital proficiency, with experience in using apps and systems like G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
- Experience in using Smartsheets or other project management tools.
- At least 2-3 years of administrative work experience.
