We are seeking an experienced AP Process Improvement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payable RTP process, ensuring its efficient operation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar or related role. Strong accounting knowledge of AP process and systems is essential.

The jobholder will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain an effective working relationship and participate in projects, change programs, and initiatives impacting the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Accounts Payable RTP process, ensuring its efficient operation and continuous improvement.

  2. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CP Operations Delivery, CP Data, and Country Finance Advisors.

  3. Participate in projects and change programs, promoting a HSSE mindset and culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar or related role.
  • Strong accounting knowledge of AP process and systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Innovative and open-minded.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to details.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to succeed under tight deadlines.
  • Amenable to work on an 8AM-5PM schedule.
