- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve optimal outcomes, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- No less than 4 years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin skills.
- Familiarity with the utility industry or Smart Grid sector.
- Background in ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
