Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Cognos solutions that meet the business requirements of HawodTech Solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to evaluate the needs of the company related to Cognos development.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and test plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in project planning and track activities to ensure all tasks are executed on time.
  • Build reporting solutions while adhering to data warehousing best practices.
  • Address production defects and handle technical issues.
  • Administer Cognos securities and maintain user groups.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Cognos development.
  • Better to have other BI experience, data modeling, SQL, and basic Cognos Administration skills.
  • Preferable to have experience with PowerPlay Transformer cubes and TM1.
  • Should have good analytical skills and understanding skills.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Understand enterprise applications architecture design and development best practices for analytical applications.
