About the Job- This opportunity is for a skilled Dynamics 365 Support Engineer who will work remotely, ensuring corporate Dynamics environments are clean, efficient, and user-friendly.
The successful candidate will partner with the Dynamics platform owner to identify best methods for supporting business process goals with technology.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate corporate Dynamics environments to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Dynamics platform owner to enhance support processes.
The chosen individual will report to the Manager, IT Solutions, responsible for balancing enablement requests, platform upgrades, solution development, and platform integrations related to assigned projects and initiatives.
Key Skills- Gain in-depth technical and business process knowledge to understand and represent business platforms.
- Participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.
- Work with other teams, including internal or external development resources, to support existing and new business application needs.
Collaborate with training resources to identify training needs, assist with training ideas, curriculum, etc. to maximize effectiveness of applications.
Requirements- 4-year degree in technology, business, or related area of study and/or 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology.
- Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
- Minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
