We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records and managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bank-related transactions, cash flow, and timely financial reporting as the main contact for fund transfers, bank certificates, account openings, bank guarantees, short-term investments, and KYC compliance.
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in preparing monthly financial reports, including Cash Disbursement Team supervision and Petty Cash Fund management.
  • Prepare weekly Cash Position Reports (CPR) and cash plans, posting accounting entries in Sage (A/R, A/P, and GL modules).
  • Maintain schedules for Accounts Payable (Others), Advances, Accruals, and Office & Other Payables, reviewing general ledger entries and group cross charges.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head.
Additional Duties
  • File and maintain accounting documents, monitoring and verifying MAS/IL/OSH collections credited in BDO.
  • Monitor bank balances and initiate necessary fund transfers, serving as backup for MAS/IL/OSH (CTM) dollar withdrawals.
  • Verify previous month's payments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
