Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing team activities, supporting content creation and distribution, and implementing digital marketing initiatives to enhance event visibility and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as experience in coordinating remote or international teams and fostering collaboration across content, social media, and design roles.

Proficient in digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation and distribution is essential.

Additionally, the candidate should have analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, and deliver insights that enhance campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, with 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in event-driven or B2B settings.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility and driving client acquisition, in alignment with growth goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience coordinating remote or international teams and fostering collaboration across content, social media, and design roles.
