Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced content associate to fuel our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives.

This is a dynamic role that involves collaborating with internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to deliver engaging content across various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple creative streams, working closely with designers and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets, and building a pipeline of performance-ready creatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and media production teams to develop campaign objectives into clear creative briefs.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and their requirements for success.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple creative streams.
  • Data-driven approach with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams.
