Social Media Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms to build community engagement and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive social media content plans tailored to client goals, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
  • Create and schedule compelling posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter to foster strong relationships with clients and their audiences.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • (Preferred) Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to enhance visibility, conversions, and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, demonstrating a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), ensuring seamless data analysis and strategy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement, driving business growth and ROI.
