This is an exciting opportunity for a Credit and Collection Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Vertiv (Singapore) Holdings PTE. LTD. – ROHQ. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective credit control and minimizing potential bad debt.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit regulations and industry best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Manage the housekeeping of accounts, including reconciliations, offsets, and write-offs, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver timely and actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports for the Credit Manager/Top Management.
  • Drive daily collections of overdue accounts and negotiate payment schedules where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Degree in finance or administration.
  • Strong experience in commercial collections of major complex accounts within the ANZ market unit.
  • Ability to drive past due exposure low to minimize potential bad debt.
  • Skilled in initiating and driving billing dispute resolutions.
  • Adept at negotiating payment terms with customers.
  • Collaborative approach to maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Effective risk management of delinquent and non-trading accounts.
  • Proficient in Excel reporting, including working with pivot tables.
  • Experience with Oracle system collections module.
  • Adaptable to changing work levels and environments.
  • Flexible to take on new or additional tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of telephone and email etiquette.
  • Strong leadership attributes.
