Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Manager to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our Credit & Collections team, you will be responsible for processing credit applications, managing debtor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process credit applications using portals and bureaus, following corporate policies.
- Manage debtor credit limits and maintain accurate records.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, contacting clients with bad payment history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues and release credit held accounts/orders.
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel skills and supervisory experience.
- Multicurrency experience and familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Credit & Collections team of a large corporate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and good reconciliation abilities.
