Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, report development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

About the Role
  • Contribute to advancing ETL processes, report development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.
  • Work with large amounts of data ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats.
  • Provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns.
  • Communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines with data engineers.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
  • Develop sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools.
  • Drive comprehensive data governance policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Align BI strategies with overall business goals through collaboration with executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
