Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, focusing on residential projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of building management laws, National Building Code, and regulations concerning safety, emergency evacuation, and environmental protection.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business documents, create reports, manuals, speeches, and articles.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle complex inquiries and present information effectively.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including figure calculation and financial reporting.
