Support Role

This position involves providing day-to-day assistance to the team, focusing on marketing and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead monthly email campaigns via a designated platform.
  • Develop and schedule social media content calendars in advance.
  • Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments across platforms.
  • Represent the organization in relevant online communities.
  • Design flyers, downloadable resources, and promotional graphics using a graphic design tool.
  • Manage content creation for a digital newsletter.
  • Support the development of digital courses and product materials inside a CRM system.
  • Bonus: Assist with managing an e-commerce storefront.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Provide executive assistant support to senior team members.
  • Maintain organized files and systems in a cloud-based storage platform.
  • Assist with client communications and internal email follow-up.
  • Complete data entry and maintain digital records.
  • Set up workflows, pipelines, and automations inside a CRM system.
  • Help manage scheduling, meeting prep, and light research tasks.

Tools You'll Use:

  • A designated CRM system (email, courses, automations)
  • A cloud-based productivity suite (Docs, Slides, Drive)
  • A graphic design tool (graphics, flyers, social content)
  • A digital newsletter platform
  • An e-commerce storefront (optional, but a bonus)
