Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team as an Account Coordinator. This role involves working closely with internal operations and clients to collect necessary data for reporting, create and update recurring client reports, and deliver leads and reporting details to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up programs in Salesforce, ensuring accurate records between Salesforce and internal tools.
  • Update programs with changes and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and organize client deliverables from partners and share approvals with clients.
  • Perform quality assurance on landing pages and submit edits before sending to the client.
  • Deliver leads and reporting details to clients weekly as directed.
  • Assist with proposals by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent English communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual.

  • Reliable laptop/PC and internet connection.
