  • Maintain the accuracy and organization of all project documents by managing, updating, and tracking site status, including receiving, reviewing, submitting documents, and obtaining approval from clients.
  • Evaluate document submissions to ensure they follow the given SLA while adhering to established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

You will perform complex civil work engineering activities that support the design and implementation of telecom sites.
The key role involves planning, progress management, subcontractor coordination, and implementation quality management. The additional roles are as follows:

  1. Develop project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan. Integrate three-party plans and ensure the implementation and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
  2. Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.
  3. Routinely monitor the site implementation progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant 2 years of experience in site implementation monitoring, including other telecommunication technology.
  • Expertise in civil engineering implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
