Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Auditor to join our team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and identifying discrepancies for prompt resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume client orders in a timely manner while adhering to internal standards and client contract requirements.
  • Maintain strong data quality and accuracy across all accounting documentation.
  • Escalate issues promptly to minimize delays and risks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct thorough audits of financial outputs (client invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports) to ensure precision, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions, drive growth, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Meet deadlines consistently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and continually seek opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to high standards of organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong experience in high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP principles and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload under multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Superior attention to detail, with a proven ability to deliver accurate work consistently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including conveying complex information clearly.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
