Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Accounting Services For Multiple Entities Including Trusts And Companies
  • Reconcile Inter Entity Loan Accounts Efficiently
  • Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, And Payroll Processes
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, And Other Compliance Reports Adhering To Australian Standards
  • Maintain Accurate Project Costings, Budgets, And Cash Flow Tracking
  • Communicate Effectively With External Accountants And Stakeholders
  • Ensure Compliance With Australian Tax And Regulatory Requirements
  • Assist With Month-End And Year-End Reporting
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 Years' Experience In Accounting, Property Development Experience Is Desirable
  • Strong Knowledge Of Australian Accounting Standards And Tax Compliance
  • Advanced Skills In Xero And MYOB
  • Exceptional Attention To Detail And Organisational Skills
  • Strong Written And Verbal English Communication
  • Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision
  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With The Team
