Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fund accounts.

  • Perform daily reconciliations for fund accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fund operations.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the banking and financial services department.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in reconciliation, fund operations, and project management. Proficiency in financial software and tools is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations, fund operations, and project management.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
