    • Prepare sales tax filings and corporate tax documentation.
    • E nsure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
    • Support year-end tax preparation in collaboration with clients' CPAs.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
    • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
    • Process invoices and monitor cash flow.
  • Client Communication
    • Collaborate with clients to gather and verify financial information.
    • Address client inquiries and provide financial updates as needed.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify improvements to enhance accounting and payroll workflows.
