Donation Data Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, ensuring seamless data entry and accurate record-keeping in Excel. Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar software is a must, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with donors via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter donation data into our database accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update donor records in Excel
  • Respond to donor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Generate reports on donation activities as required
Requirements:
  • Excellent data entry and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in nonprofit sector (preferred)
