The Ideal Candidate

As an Invoicer/Cashier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer invoices. Your exceptional analytical skills and ability to work accurately under pressure will enable you to successfully reconcile invoices and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve invoice-related queries and discrepancies through effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of invoicing activities
  • Assist with month-end and year-end invoicing procedures

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role within a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
