Job Description
- Oversee and manage all accounting and financial reporting activities for the retail business.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor cash flow, analyze financial risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and executives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial management, accounting practices, and compliance.
- UAE Finance experience is great to have.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A track record of supporting strategic decision-making in the retail industry.
