Disaster Relief Agent

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and concerns in disaster relief efforts. This role involves temporary, remote work with variable hours contingent upon hurricane disaster relief needs.

To qualify for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers with service inquiries
  • Learn common requests and solutions to improve customer experience
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • BASIC knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
