Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems.
  • Work alongside our Implementation Consultants and our customer support team.
  • Perform system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, following all relevant procedures and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
