  • Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventory of Pro-Shop items for sale, ensuring accurate stock levels.\
  • Concessionaire Support: Prepare sales simulations and assist with check preparation for concessionaires.\
  • Transaction Refunds: Refund Skedda cancelled transactions and maintain records.\
  • Funding Transfers: Transfer funds for disbursements and funding purposes, following established protocols.\
  • POS Transaction Monitoring: Summarize daily Skedda bonding for POS transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\
  • Debit Notifications: Send notifications for Anti-debit enrollees whose credit cards are expiring.\
  • Revenue Reconciliation: Maintain accurate event revenue reconciliations through separate Excel sheets.\
  • Other Tasks: Perform other assigned duties by immediate superiors.


We are looking for a reliable and efficient candidate with strong analytical skills to fill this role.
