We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Sysgen. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for various healthcare professionals in the US region.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will source qualified candidates using strategic recruitment processes and sourcing channels. They will also conduct phone interviews, verify candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. In addition, they will communicate with hiring managers on the status of their requirements and foster long-term relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring.
- Source qualified candidates and apply strategic recruitment process using various sourcing channels.
- Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verify their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
- Involve in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.
- Make recommendations on additional candidate pool and recruiting techniques and evaluating market conditions.
- Experience in US Recruitment for A YEAR is REQUIRED.
- Experience in hiring various Healthcare professionals (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Neurologist, Clinical Dietician, Epidemiology Specialist, Dentist, and alike) in the US region is a plus.
- Well-versed in using Boolean Strings Methodology.
- Has experience verifying US Visa/Employment Status of a US candidate.
- Has used ATS such as Greenhouse, JazzHR, BambooHR, and alike.
- Has used Job Boards such as CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and alike.
