Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee comprehensive test strategies and lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for complex software applications.
  • Lead and mentor testers, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, Business or Economics.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience within the banking/financial industry, especially in Testing function.
  • Experience with Avaloq banking system solution is highly valued.
  • In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client service and presentation.

It would be beneficial if you have experience of testing in Agile context: (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, API testing).
