Senior Global Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead our team in driving strategic growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Build and manage high-performing teams through effective coaching and development.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Promote process improvements, tools, communications, training, and methodologies throughout the organization.
- Proven track record of success in business development or related field.
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience in business development or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR Rep in software industry.
- 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Rep in Software industry advantageous.
