Senior Video Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Content Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-impact short-form videos that drive results and shape the future of video marketing.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with direct-response copywriting, professional video-editing software, and video generation tools. They will also possess strong conversational and written English skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality short-form videos per day, following our preset scripts and styles.
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, thereby increasing your performance bonus.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts and ensure on-brand content.
  • Work independently with high autonomy, managing your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without needing hand-holding or frequent check-ins.

Our Tech Stack:

  • Video Generation Tools: HeyGen, Captions, Hedra, Veo 3, and other emerging platforms.
  • Communication & Project Management: Discord & Slack.

KPIs You Will Own:

  • 10 Daily Video Quota: 10 videos per day, delivered weekdays by 7PM ET.
  • 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: At least 90% of submissions require no revisions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • Proven experience with professional video-editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with video generation tools (HeyGen, Captions, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • An autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
  • A rapid learner who is genuinely excited by the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of creative tools and social media trends.
