Job Summary

The Video Content Creator plays a pivotal role in growing the digital presence of our brands, while also supporting the marketing team with daily tasks.

About the Role

This hybrid position is ideal for someone who excels in front of the camera, has a passion for storytelling, and is highly organized and dependable behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Create and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, write, shoot, and edit video content.
  • Be the on-camera personality for content that is authentic, humorous, and engaging.
  • Track and report on content performance to inform future strategy.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of college education.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level).
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
  • Prior exposure to remote work and cross-cultural teams.
