Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong video editing skills, experience in creating impactful short-form content, and a strategist's eye for virality, storytelling, and audience engagement. This role involves creating multiple viral-style short-form ads, crafting strong hooks and captions optimized for direct response and conversions, and collaborating with the founder to refine creative strategy and scale winning ad concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in short-form viral content creation
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Direct-response marketing knowledge, particularly in ad copy, hooks, and storytelling for conversions
