About the Job

We believe that providing high-quality support is vital to our core product experience. Support Specialists are empathetic communicators who resolve user issues and answer questions from valued users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve high volumes of user requests through various support modalities.
  • Investigate and fulfill tier 1 & 2 support requests while communicating with users and internal stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Diagnose problems and propose possible solutions for short- and long-term issues.
  • Document user requests thoroughly to provide feedback to leadership and program teams regarding processes and trends.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of SaaS customer support experience, intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, and excellent problem-solving skills.
