Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to gather insights, respond to inquiries and provide support or training.
  • Create impactful communications materials including developing playbooks, calendars, field guidance, training resources and internal newsletters.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management standards to meet communication needs, monitor team outputs and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior team members including report creation, task coordination and issue escalation.
  • Contribute to shaping the sponsor experience through clear and compelling content and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, journalism or marketing.
  • Minimum three years' experience in marketing, communications, project management or customer experience development.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are required; additional languages are an asset.

This role involves occasional international travel and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
