Job Description:

The primary objective of this accounting position is to oversee the day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

This role involves managing transactions, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with internal teams and international offices to maintain compliance and efficiency in financial processes.

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Record and update transactions using accounting software
  • Manage accounting for multiple entities
  • Assist in day-to-day transactional accounting requirements
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Efficiently manage AP and AR transactions
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Issue invoices and collect payments
  • Update and maintain financial records using accounting software
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of solid accounting experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Experience in handling multi-entity accounting
  • Knowledge of AP/AR audit
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, proactive, and willing to learn new tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
