Performance Marketing Assistant

This role will give you the opportunity to support paid media campaigns and help optimize their performance as part of a collaborative team.

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns across various platforms
  • Manage and upload creative assets, ad copy, and track changes to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to boost results
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to inform data-driven decisions
  • Support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to drive strategic campaign direction
  • Maintain accurate trackers and campaign documentation to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct research on keywords, audiences, and competitors to inform campaign optimization strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding to maximize campaign ROI

What You'll Need

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively with data and spreadsheets, extracting insights to inform campaign strategy
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with experience working with these platforms an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
