The Role
As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's identity and deepening connections with our users. From planning and executing campaigns to ensuring a seamless user journey, your work will leave a lasting impact. You will collaborate with local and global teams, serving as the key link between us and our audience, driving campaigns that resonate and deliver results.
Note: In this role, you will need to work with the US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market.
Your Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and launch of impactful online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
- Onsite Content Management: Oversee and ensure flawless execution of onsite campaigns for a seamless user experience.
- Market Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities and implement best practices through experimentation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements.
- Startup Mindset: Embrace a hands-on approach, developing creative solutions to achieve measurable outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing content across all channels.
- Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Continuously test and innovate to discover new growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- eCommerce Marketing Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in eCommerce onsite campaign marketing.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
- Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Capable of proactively setting direction and managing daily tasks.
- Creative & Data-Driven: A blend of creativity with a sharp analytical mindset.
- Organizational Agility & Interpersonal Skills: Effective cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
